JWI will come to your office on a scheduled basis to pick up the equipment. Prior to pick up, we will submit insurance certificates as required by your building management. Although JWI Recycling is an IT service, from an insurance perspective, building management views us as movers. The equipment is removed from your office and shipped to our Refurbishing Center in Georgia.
Registration
In the near future in order to process your orders placed on this website, you must first complete the registration form. During registration, you will be required to provide your contact information, which includes your name, e-mail address, telephone number and street address. This information is used to provide you with important jacobwell.com services such as automated order status updates via e-mail.

Equipment Pickup 

 
Equipment pick-up: JWI will come to your office on a scheduled basis to pick up the equipment. The equipment is removed from your office and shipped to our Refurbishing Center in Georgia. Although JWI Recycling is an IT service, from an insurance perspective, building management views us as movers, so an insurance certificate can be furnished upon request.

Inventory Audit & Report: The equipment is inventoried & a database is created with your configuration, serial number, and asset tags. As the equipment is sold, it is noted in the database. If the equipment is not reusable that is also added to the database. A web enabled database can be provided which will allowing you to view the inventory as we process the equipment. Data Sanitization: Using utilities that conform to Department of Defense 5220.22-M, we reformat your hard drives ensuring your data is destroyed in a secure manner.

Refurbishing: In order to maximize your payback, JWI will perform a comprehensive diagnostic and refurbishing of the systems. We clean them both inside & out, enhancing the resale value of the equipment. Our refurbishing process adds years to the useful life of the equipment.

Reselling: JWI will then resell the equipment.

Recycling: The equipment that cannot be resold as a complete, working system is dismantled and sold as parts. The portions of the systems that have no value are brought to an EPA compliant e-waste recycler for final disposal.

Report: The database documenting your inventory and its final disposition is delivered in a SQL format and/or hardcopy.

Payback: A check is delivered to you with your share of the proceeds.
