The customers we have sold to in the fore mentioned countries, all followed
the same procedure to complete their international order. We provide an
easy way to get the information you need, so just follow the steps. Here
are the details to set-up an international order with JWI
Step One - Deciding what you want to buy
You can do this several different ways. Most customers already have an idea
of what they are looking for and what they want to spend. Others prefer to
browse our entire site and view our inventory, then establish what they
want. Either way, know what types of machines you are looking to purchase,
how large of a quantity you are seeking, and how much you want to spend.
Once you have these questions answered, you can email Lucky Jaja, the
General Manager, at lucky@jacobwell.com. Once Lucky receives your email,
it is on to Step Two.
Step Two - Establishing Price, Quantity, and Product
Once you have emailed Lucky Jaja, he will look at your inquiry and let
you know if we can meet your requests. It is at this time that Price,
Quantity, and Product specifics will all be established. Details pertaining
to other areas will also begin discussion here. This part of the process is
the "searching" part, so please be patient in your demands.
Step Three - Payment
To get to step three, that means that the first two parts went well and we
can get you what you want! It means the product is available, the quantity
is available, and the price is right! Once all of the details of the order
have been worked out, during step two, payment is required before shipment
of the order. Payment details are arranged during this time, between you,
the customer, and Lucky Jaja of JWI.
We know that sending payment before receiving your product may seem risky,
but that is the only way that JWI will do business. We are an
honest company, started in 1994, and we stand as a reputable source for
international business. We trust our customers and we want our customers to
trust us - that is the best way to do business!
Step Four - Shipping
At this point, all of the hard work is done and the order is ready to go!
We ship all large orders via AOL Logistics. Smaller shipments are shipped through
Airborne Express and you can visit their website at http://www.airborne.com
The shipping costs and procedures will have been discussed by this point.

easy! JWI will do the hard part, while you wait. Just let us know
what you are looking for and we will do our best to get you exactly what you

International Customers
International Warranty:
Computer Outlet Worldwide Inc. offers warranty to our international customers. We are however are not responsible for the freight and insurance charges from and back to the customer. All products are fully tested and fully functional before they are shipped out with a special attention to international orders.
Shipping Method:
Computer Outlet Worldwide Inc. does ship overseas. Please provide us with the complete shipping address i.e. city, postal code, and the country. Also indicate which unit or units you are interested in so we can calculate the shipping, insurance and processing fees. Customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We use Federal Express for all of our small international shipments. For the large orders we also use freight forwarder. Once the unit is shipped we can provide the shipping number for your information.

Wire transfer:
On international orders we only accept wire transfer into our bank account. Please contact us first via email at sales@jacobwell.com to place an order and get a total amount including shipping, insurance and handling cost. We will then provide you with the bank information for the wire transfer.
